It all depends on your budget. This may be a little biased on my part, but if you have a highish budget and would like to get a really nice host, I recommend OVH. I have never had problems with them, they are overall a great host.
You could also go with shockbyte. They may not offer as great of a package as OVH, but what they give you is pretty good for why you pay for.
Once again, this is all my opinion and my encounters with hosting companies.

If you plan on running one big server without a hub, I'd go with OVH's dedicated game server 32GB 4.2 GHz
If you're planning on running multiple servers go with SoYouStart's e3 SSD-3 plan.
Edit: If you're not good with installing your own OS and possibly multicraft I'd recommend VernixHosting as they have nice dedicated servers. They also re-sell OVH and install your OS, multicraft and zPanel for you. They run Intel Xeon E5-1630v3's which is pretty good for a hub server. I'd go with OVH unless you would like thinks like mutlicraft pre-installed and staff support.

Take a Dedi from OVH Canada(Slightly cheaper than OVH in general). Of course depends on what you are hosting. Plugins, mods (if theres any), configs, server.jar, other processes running, etc, etc etc.
