Heya guys, I'm Syndicate, Also known as Flarez on planet minecraft. I'm new to this community but i would like to start off by posting a thread to say that i'll be offering my building skills for hubs, spawns and other unique builds. I also have one pre-made hub that has not been released to the public which is 300x300 and can be viewed here. This hub is up for auction. I would like to see it start at $75 and a BIN price of $150. Bid increments of $25. All feedback is welcome, But should not be accounted for as my current building skill level as i have made this awhile ago. Be assured no one has used it.

I dont think this is worth 150, the terraforming isnt good, and the houses looked all copy/pasted.

Pros & Cons about your project:

Pros:
- The Castle is amazin
- Gate is designed well
- The Wall is designed well aswell

Cons:
- Too much copy and pasting
- Terraforming needs more work

Not exactly looking for feedback on an Auction, I know what is wrong with it like i said i don't want to be judged on a year old build.

There are many low ballers on this site, you have to deal with that. I do recommend you do starting price of 35~ and BIN of ~100 on here. Bids will increase a ton. You don't have to take my suggestion, but it would help.

Listen dude, we are here to help you. We aren't telling you that your build sucks. You're new to this forum, and we are just giving our recommendation on a pricepoint for you build. There's no need to get all defensive when you realize this isn't worth 150$. This forum has a lot of different builders. Most of them have been around MC-Market for a while and know how to price their builds, if you want us to buy from you instead of from someone else, you need to price your stuff competitively with other builders on the forum.

I know you are, just i don't want any assistance in price range when peoples opinions are only to bring down the price. The first person's recommendation was this current price and i will keep it that way unless change of mind. My builds do not suck, except probably this one seeing as it's not recent, i cannot take offence to this build as it is pretty much a year old and does not reflect my building skill as of today. My quality of builds are making my name bigger on other website such as planetminecraft lately so this brings up the price of my builds.
