Hello I am looking for four builds for my server network.

Please read this whole post before posting a submission. Thankyou.

-Hub Spawn

-Kit Pvp arena(s)


Please do not submit builds that have already been given to other servers

You are not allowed to distribute the builds after it has been sold. All work that was purchased by AHappyTreeSloth is not allowed to be redistributed to anyone else, unless authorized by AHappyTreesloth.

All the prices I have been offered are ridiculous, $150 dollars for a warzone and spawn, THAT'S INSANE!!! Some builders are only trying to make their wallets fat, while destroying a server network with their ridiculous prices. All I want are fair prices!!!! Some people dont understand the costs of a server network to succeed. They don't understand I have to pay for all the addon's that I already have to pay the server .... like .... Advertising, Paying for the server, Server addons, development of plugins, logos development of my website, and paying for buycraft, etc. It all adds up. I haven't even paid myself a dime of the money I have made from it. Some people think just because they spend 6 hours making something that's worth $500, while I spend 64 hours a week trying to make my server home to players.

Some people don't understand while making their wallets fat, they are destroying someone else's.

Keep in mind this is just a rant, and a little bit of truth.

It depends very much on the quality and time. 150 for a simple warzone+spawn is too much. the same for those in very high quality, however, is perfectly reasonable. Let's assume such a build takes at least 30 hours to complete. That would mean $5 per hour, which is a decent wage.
Also, if you want something cheap your best option is to buy something premade. the premade builds on here can be very cheap. I've seen builds that I would comission for 80 or more being sold for 30.

for 80 means you don't really have much to demand. That would be 20 per build. Most decent faction spawns are at least 50x50 and most are significantly larger.
wanting something cheap but still demanding high quality and "uniqueness" is not going to get you very far.
As I said, leaf through the selling threads and see if you can find anything premade that you like. You're very likely to find some decent stuff for a good price if you lower your standards just a little bit.

Yea, i understand that, i co owner a server aswell... and it is insane... but if you want high quality Freshly made builds, then you have to expect that price...

Yes, you are absolutely correct. I have been running my own server for over 3 months now with little to no help, and honestly it's really stressful trying to please everyone and also making sure your server doesn't shut down.[DOUBLEPOST=1441201233,1441201097][/DOUBLEPOST]Sadly, I cannot afford the best, so yeah, my players will unfortunately have to make due.
