Server ideas please?

Hello!
Ive recenty got amazed by some randy servers I find.
They actually grow so quickly.
So I thought to myself, "Hey, let's make a server!"
I got some main idea I love that was and kinda is popular in 1.5.2, Mines, Arenas and Plots, survival plots.
Most of my old friends complained 1.5.2 had almost no one playing and that they don't find any 1.7 servers like it that are relatively good.
Any further suggestions will be appreciated, I will need a Dev also and if this DOES go through I will hire some staff through here.

Then, before sending suggestions think (WOULD I PLAY ON IT? WITH THS?)
If you say yes, it means its a good idea and not a last second thought you just had.
Its going to be EU : P

It's best if you make a server if it's actually good, becuase there's a lot of people these days who make them

Servers are always created, most of them don't get too big. So since you don't have a good idea it isn't really worth it unless you have an expection.

Well good luck, but probably not going to be good.... Because if someone has a good & sucussful idea they
will use it themselves rather than give it to you.
