Server is dying

Hello fellow Minecrafters/Server Owners!
I don't exactly know how to read timings reports.
Could someone give me a hand at what I could possibly do to help my server stop dropping TPS?

OS: CentOS 7
CPU: Intel i7-7700K (OC)
RAM: 64GB

Slimefun seems to be causing a lot of lag, Try a newer version of Slimefun

Also optimising your server configs should help if you havent already (Spigot/Bukkit/etc..)
