Server Jar Catagory

Hey,
I was wondering if it was possible to make server jars its own category inside of plugins
This will make slots for actual plugins to be put as sticky.

I recall having a discussion a couple months back with the staff team about something similar but I don't remember the exact outcome we came to with that. I think the idea definitely does have merit, especially considering how many more threads and resources have been posted over the past few months for optimised spigots.

Upon further consideration we've decided that a server jars forum and resource category aren't the best way forward for us. Jars should continue to be posted in the plugins forum.
