just use spigot or paper, they get reliable updates and are more or less bug free. Paying for other forks is pretty much a gimmick since you can achieve the same thing with some plugins. https://serversjars.com seems to have the download for all of them, you can also just go to their respective websites and download there if you don't trust third parties
