Server lag spiking issue

Hello,

I am currently running a dedicated 32GB Minecraft Server and the server is having these big lag spikes where everything stops and sometimes people get kicked to the hub. I have tried going through the plugins and it still happens with only 14 plugins on the server, I have tried multiple server jars and have no idea why this is happening. It was also happening on the previous host I used to use as well. I personally think its some memory leak but I have no clue on how to find it and fix this problem. It is seriously starting to kill my server and I am wondering if anyone knows how to fix/find the cause.

You see this is the problem, I generally do not have a clue, I went through plugins and cannot seem to find the cause anywhere.

When you say you went through the plugins, what did you do exactly?

I removed the plugin jars, I did literally the majority of the plugins, had only 14 left and it didnt do it but then when I restored the backup with all of them it then did it. Could a config error in a plugin be maybe the cause of something like that?

Remove all of the plugins. All of them. Then add them one-by-one until the lag spikes happen.
