Agreed, but it isn't all about the ram.

If there is low performance based on too many plugins and worlds, it is mainly ram and memory based

SmellyPotato - I would suggest you check your TPS and ping to try and figure out what the "lag" is.
Also try disabling plugins, as it may be a plugin (if it's a TPS issue).
