SERVER LEGAL DOCUMENTATIONS
I am offering the service of providing legal documentations for your server. Legal Documents could be anything from a Terms of Service (TOS) to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). These documents are essential for any server. If a server lacks proper legal protection they run the risk of potential damage to their server (via third party), or legal action taken against them. However, with the proper documents this would not have to be worried about.
I am qualified to make said documents for the following reasons: I have worked for the Federal Government for 3 1/2 years, I have managed several Minecraft servers, I have extensive knowledge of legal documentations, and I have extensive knowledge of the requirements specific servers will need.
Pricing:
Simple TOS: $15
Complex TOS: $25
NDA: $25
Simple Privacy Policy: $15
Complex Privacy Policy: $25
Other Documents requested by client: To be Discussed
Note: each document typically takes 7-10 days to complete (Depending on certain requests from the client and how many clients I have at a time) if you need a document rushed there will be a $5 additional fee per document.

Below is an example of a Moderate Terms of Service (Neither simple nor complex just somewhere in the middle), and it is also the terms of this post, and any business arrangements made because of this post.
Terms of Service
I. By accepting these Terms of Service the Client agrees to make a full payment, that was agreed upon by both parties. In return for payment the Client will receive the agreed upon services, that is made to the best of the Seller's ability. The terms are accepted and put into affect as soon as the Client decides to contact the Seller, and a business deal is erected.
II. The Seller agrees that all services will be provided to the Client within the time restrictions discussed. Accordingly, the Client also agrees that, upon receiving the services, payment will be made in full.
III. Refunds will not be made at any time or for any reason. In an event of a chargeback the seller has rights to take legal action if the Seller so chooses.
IV. The Client understands and agrees that the use of any services is made available and provided to you at your own risk. The Client disclaims all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. You use all information and services at your own risk without our liability of any kind.
V. At any time (before payment and services are exchanged) that either party decides to withdraw from the business agreement they may do so without any penalties or legal action taken. However, if either party withdraws from the business agreement without fulfilling their agreed upon terms, legal action may be taken.
VI. All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely as soon as the contract is accepted. The contract is accepted as soon as a business agreement begins to be discussed. This contract will remain active until both parties have received the agreed upon services and payment and indefinitely after the transaction is made.
There you go. This is a really basic form of one of my Terms of Service that I wrote up in about 20 minutes. I obviously know that I will most likely not be taking legal action against anyone on here due to misconduct, however I put in that content so you could see what an average TOS would look like. These documents would provide extra security to the client. After buying these documents there is a simple step you can take (that is free) to make the documents 100% legally binding.
