Server Logo and Icon

Hey guys, I've been scowering MC-Market and other Minecraft related forums looking to find the best graphics designer i can. So far all I have found are people requesting ridiculous amounts of money ($100+) for just a logo alone!

Unfortunately, I am not made of money and have other expenses to cover other than spending $100 on just a logo alone.

I'm requesting that somebody could help me in completing this project, my budget for this project is 20$.

Please look at the attached image, this is something i'd be looking for, just a bit more modern and high quality. Thank you.
