Server logo built for hub

Hello!

I'm looking for my server logo be built in the air on my hub for the players to see, something like this.

I would like the text to say RixosMC and for their to be some clouds in the background. I'd like it roughly half the size of the logo on Lemon cloud. Please let me know if you can do this for me and at what price.
