Server Logo - Paid

I'm looking for the best graphic designer out there to make me a server logo that looks like a piece of art.

If you think you're the best on MC-Market post your portfolio or examples of your work below, along with how much you typically charge.

What I want:

Ideally a terrorist looking guy (If you could use my skin that'd be awesome - except don't make my eyes lop sided, in my skin they're not level xD) holding a sword pointing it at a rasta looking guy with a cigar in his mouth both would be standing on a floating platform and/or island. Each island is to come down to a point underneath it with colorful gems scattered across it

Between their two islands I would like a bigger island with a nice looking city there with red text that says "Thug Craft" incorporated into the design. Maybe put each letter on the rooftop of a few buildings as if they were signs.
-Background must be transparent

Hand drawn is ideal, although if you have amazing skills with other methods I could still be interested.
