I am creating a server and i am looking for someone who charges $5 or someone to drop there price to $5 for a drawn server logo, im going to be going with someone with a portfolio!

If you just wanna make a random server with barely anything spent into it, it's probably gonna get shut down in 3-4 weeks because of inactivity, maybe earning some extra cash and actually dedicating money into the project, it might be a good success because if you don't want to spend much money on the server it would basically mean you wasted your money for nothing if you have no players and etc. If you don't have enough money to dedicate, then probably invest it into something cheaper or don't make a server. This is not trashing your thread (maybe it is), But I'm just trying to give a tip.

Lol, people are only thrashing your thread to put some sense into your brain about the fact that if you can't even afford a decent Server Logo, what's the deal with opening up a Server in the first place. No offence, but I don't feel like i would even think about checking out a server that is going to run out of business in under a week. Good luck though!
