I'm currently seeking a server management opportunity for an active established community. I have previous experience and a portfolio of doing work on other servers, and I'm dedicated in helping servers grow and I am willing to do this for free in exchange of the Management role on a server. This is simply to build my portfolio and become involved in an established community. I don't really have any huge expectations of what kind of player base it has, but I want something that can really test my skills & abilities as a Manager.

I have experience with the following other servers, while involved with these communities I've shown nothing but dedication and positive improvements to the staff team and overall community. Please take the time to review their statistics and what not if you feel necessary. Some of this work included creating (staff guides, staff routines, mentorships, and managing the staff in general and promoting promising individuals using Interviews and old fashion testing). In addition to this I also have many years of configuring plugins, and learned a decent amount of Java in the process. My skills aren't quite yet enough to develop my own plugins, but I can help in anyway possible.
