You have moderation experience, how does this transfer over to Management. Do you know how difficult it is to manage a server, even a small one?
You have to manage a whole staff team, create formal and tidy documentation, be able to make difficult choices with promotions, demotions.

I'm a server management, my bad I'll put on there "Server Management", but yes I am very much aware the stress of managing a server. BreachPvP was a stress due to multiple economy bugs that had broken out during the map, but I was able to fix them fast and have a smooth flowing map.
In my eyes, moderation doesn't transfer over to management, but it shows that I'm trusted and professional. It also divides me from the people that think they can go straight into management without any previous staff experience overall...[DOUBLEPOST=1637485682][/DOUBLEPOST]
