I'm making this thread because I feel like I'm capable to become staff on a server.
I'll be answering a few questions you'll probably want to know, as you'll need to know what I can do.
About me:
My timezone is AEST, yes I'm Australian. I'm aged 15 and I currently don't work giving me a good amount of time to moderate. I usually play HCF and am very aware with the rules of the gamemode. I don't take anything offensive as I have learn't that it's just online and if you know you aren't what people think of you then you don't need to worry. I'm a very friendly person and I can talk to anyone, never shy. I do talk quite a lot when I start to get to know more about you.
Why pick you:
I haven't personally been staff on a HCF server but I wish to become one. I have numerous friends that are either staff or are currently staff and they tell me a few things to do, but I can be taught really quickly. I have been staff on the archon twice and it was a fun experience.
Moderation:
Usually whilst I'm moderator I'll be banning cheaters, people who have an advantage to the server or who don't obey the rules. I'll also be able to screenshare and help other people with deaths, lag outs or just general things.
(I may need more instructions with screen sharing)
Management:
Being this position I will be able to manage the server, advertising, accepting/denying staff applications and dealing with bans. Will be able to deal with the youtubers and payments if you would like.
Do I charge:
If you are comfortable with paying me for doing my job and I'm doing it correctly then I'll be surely happy to be paid for doing my job.
Also I don't want to moderate small playerbased servers, we can discuss through private messages.
