I've been working/playing on minecraft for roughly 5 years. I've brought some successful servers up. WildFireMC, is my current, I've been working on this for months. My only issue seems to be advertisments. Although everything is amazing server wise, I've created an Staff guide, a head staff guide, and a ss guide for every new/old staff members I've hired. Most staff members that I employ, usually stay for a couple months. Around 7 days. I decide wether not to promote/demote the trial member.
(Past experience)
I've worked on VeltPVP, for almost a year. This was fun, but is also a very difficult ask. I was expected to deal with many players on a daily basis, I was meant to be screen shared verified. So much was expected with Velt staff members. When I left the team, I resigned, never was I demoted. I held both Mod+ and Mod on velt. (2 terms)
For those who know who remember OPCraft and still do, I was an Admin on their server twice. Once an operator. I was entrusted with much power, and was expected to do around the same work as Velt. Just a little less, I had to deal with toxic players daily. This is mainly why I left OPCraft and went to Velt, toxicity was a lot scarce on Velt.
(What I offer)
I offer a loyal server manager, whom knows what he can and cannot do. I am well experienced when it comes to Factions, and HCF. I can bring an up-beat attitude, I love to speak to the community whenever I can, although, if some servers that would like to hire me, wouldn't like me to speak in chat. That would be fine. This was the case in Velt, staff members cannot talk in chat, when I was hired on staff team.
