To develop plugins sounds like creating plugins. Don't classify yourself as a developer unless you're from MinecraftForums where everyone thinks a plugin configurator deserves to be labeled as a so-called, developer.

Tehker I fixed it and just added "Plugin management" as a management skill.

I talked with this guy, he's only interested in like Prision/Factions servers etc. and theres also $5p/week unmentioned charge. Also 1.7 compatibility for whatever reason he likes it.

topthat177 I don't really like the 1.9 + gamemodes. And a survival/Towny servers aren't really what I do.

Experiencing him as an owner on DevourMC - He didn't do anything, he hired alot of wrong staff, infact that was the only thing i was told that he did, he didn't do much, and thats about it. All of the staff document, management, accepting and denying etc were usually up to myself or the administrator.

OhWellHi I wasn't able to do much on devour considering the owner did not let me do much except look for youtubers all the time and when I told him didn't have time to do it rn he demoted me. He didn't give me much perms or room to work.
