About Me
The SmashKraft Network has been in development for a few months now. As of now I am basically a one man operation, with bits of help from people here or there. This is my first server I have made so much of this is new to me. I have been playing Minecraft, whether it be PC, Xbox one, or PS4 for about 4 years now. I am 27 years old, a mechanical engineer, and I live in the Central United States. I work at my full time job about 55 hrs a week and invest about the same into the server development/creation.
About The Network
SmashKraft will open with a few, familiar, yet customized games modes, and atleast one custom game mode depending on time. I plan, and have the resources to expand dramatically as soon as the need calls. I have hired, in my opinion, some of the best builders available (These builders have worked on servers such as HiveMC) to build my new maps. So quality of most of the builds will be the highest you can find.
Kitpvp: Unique Customized PVP game mode with kits and much more. FFA, 1v1, Deathmatch
Towny: Economy based RPG Towny. Ever changing item prices reflect supply and demand. Buy and sell stocks in company's. Rise from Secretary to Chairman Rank!
Hub: Unique Hub that will be much more than a portal to servers. Objective in hub will be to become the "richest" person., with the most Hub will have its own minigames including parkour, mazes, achievements, scavenger hunt, and gambling areas. Marketplace for Hub items. Casino for gambling.
Custom Game Modes: Have ideas for a few mini-games and a couple complete unique game modes. Need a person to be able to develop plugins for these to take shape. Details of custom game modes can be given when interested.
Who I’m Looking For
As stated before I am one man operation that seems to have bite off a bit more that I can chew for the plans of where I want to go with the network. I come to the realization that hiring people here or there to help me (dealing with 80%scammers) with stuff just isn’t going to cut it. I’m looking for someone to help me out in lots of areas with this server including but not limited to, setup, plugin advice/configuration, possible plugin development, and sever administration (once launched).
I may ask for a small plugin configuration or two, or some plugin advice, before giving you access to anything. I want someone who can and wants to prove they can handle this position. If you hold a high position with another server, you must be skilled enough to handle both. I do not want someone with an overloaded schedule.
Minimum Requirements:
You Must Provide The Server With Your Knowledge, Services AND TIME!!
· Must be 16+ years old
· Good English
· Professional attitude/work ethic
· Experience with plugins, and plugin configuration
· Experience with several modes
· Bungeecord, Mysql knowledge
· MultiCraft knowledge/Account
· Ability to Diagnose Console Errors
· Dedicated – Willing to invest ample time into the development and running the server
· Skype Account – Must be able to call, not just message
· Responds in decent time on skype—If your number 2 in charge I don’t want to have to wait several hours all the time to hear back from you.
· Able to make large decisions on server launch in my absence (When I’m at work)
· Contacts with trusted Plugin Developer and, or Web Developer A PLUS

Compensation
As Manager of the server, with continued support, you can receive up to 50% of all profits from donations.
In-game rank of Admin up to Manager will be given depending on the services you can provide
If I can tell you have got invested in the server development, and care about the servers success before launch and have showed that you can be a benefit to the server, compensations may be given before donations are received, but are not promised.
If for any reason you lie about your skills, ability to help, time willing to invest, if you lose interest etc. I will find someone else immediately.
