I have managed servers for about 2 years now, and know the ins and outs of some plugins. I have begun to program, I learned Java API and can code some Bukkit API things. I am looking to work full time or part time on a server, and will accept little pay!

I'll be honest. If I ever get a dev to make a paid custom plugin, it would have to be ownership of person who paid for it with cash... just sayin'
