Hello,
I am very interested in this position. Seems like a very stable server with great funding, most people on MCM looking for managers only last about a week or so before they shutdown. I have been looking for a stable job for a while and I feel like this is a perfect fit for me. However, I am only 16 years of age but, I have countless expierance and am extremely willing to take on a large project. I have always tended to stay away from drama, I do not like to get involved. I have great connections with large youtubers ex. SuchSpeed. I am also very capable of replying fast. As a manager you are always on call and must be there when you are needed. - Have great people skills and good judge of character
- Have worked on multiple servers at the same time, so multi-tasking isn't an issue.
- Great sense of buisness, and financial management/budgeting.
- Have a decent amount of connections with many people throughout the Minecraft community.
- Understand how to work with owners, and to state when I think something is going wrong
- Stand-up for what's ethical but smart for the buisness
- I know where I need to improve, it's the technical side of servers, I don't like to or want to do configs, server design, setup etc
- I am in college this can be a plus and a con, my school and family take priority over everything so if that's a deal breaker then that's that, though during summers and while i'm in between classes and after classes I have decent time I can spend working.
- I haven't been on any of those "large-network" staff. I like to start on small servers and grow with them over time. I've helped owners of some previous networks on the back-end with finances and business advice, but never held an official title on a large network.
