You claim that you've had managerial positions "for a lot of servers before", however there was no proper explanation outlining the servers, nor the duties. I'd recommend adding a bit more detail and properly outlining previous experiences.

Fine you will be a helper. Now will you? You dont get the 3% tho which is stupid because if we make 1,000 dollars which is insanely likely with our budget of 1.5k. You'd get 30 bucks. I upped it btw. For doing nothing. but if you want helper thats fine

I'd recommend adding quite a few details to that link. If you want a serious position I'd recommend going into detail about your experiences, the times you are available, what you can do for a server, how you are mature, etc. I'd also suggest adding why people should hire you and what makes you different as right now what you provided isn't very informative especially as there is a lot of competition for management positions on this forum.
