Server-Manager NEEDED!!!

Hello there!
My name is Matthew and I'm currently representing the ZentoPVP Prison server.
We are in need of management and here are the steps to qualify.

Introduction:
ZentoPVP is quite a new server and that's the reason we are in need of management.
This rank consists of manageing server flow like staff applications,demoting and promoting players. It's an extremely important job and that's why we have some requirements.

Requirements
We want our server to be professional and stable so that's why we have requirements if anyone is wondering.

Age: The age requirement is 16, yes I know this may seem a little unfair and some of you out there are probably 12 and better at being staff then some 18 year olds. But unfortunately we can't take that chance.

Server experiences: You must have an expire in every of admin or manager on atleast 2 servers. This insures that you are well trained and have the knowledge to handle things.

Professionalism: As a manager you represent the server and do the work over forums, so therefore, if you look bad you make us look bad. That is why for every forums post and for your application you must have a well built grammatical structure, proper grammar and overall just Ben professional whilst you make important announcements and posts.

Those are the requirements for now.

hello, i meet all the requirments i can code java and i have owned 2 servers. I was dev for teegeecraft. I also owned HyperMines and PowerHouseMC. TeegeeCraft made over 10k, HyperMines made over 2.5k and PowerHouseMC made over 1k. I hope this is enough

Introduction about yourself: Hello my name is Dante, I am 15 years old, I am from the Netherlands.
I like to play: Assassin's Creed III, The Division, MineCraft and chess. I also like to watch tv, YouTube and do fun things with family and friends.
Why you want to be manager on the server: This will be a cool experience and challenge for me.
Why we should pick you: I think you should choose me because I am unique and one of a kind.
Well everyone is different in their own ways anyways.
Anyways, I think you should choose me because I am trying to be very active.
When I am on holiday or not on my pc I use a app called Minechat which you have probably heard of anyways I use Minechat to communicate and talk to friends and I can use it for ZentoPVP to to help players out and talk to people so im still socialising and showing I am dedicated to the server. I also want to provide evidence when I end up punishing someone. So you cannot run into problems such as false banning and mistakes.
Also when someone trys to appeal we can use the evidence agaisnt them.
I will try my hardest to succumb to people's needs and also play like a normal player all at one time.
I enjoy helping people with problems they cant answer themselves because I know what It feels like.
I know that hackers, spammers, and other disturbances in the game can be incredibly bothering,
I just wish to end this and create a great gaming atmosphere for those who wish to do so, and hackers just take the fun out of games
I would really cut down om hackers/glitchers/rulebreakers like I said above.
I know how to get the job done and not waste any time.
I am a person the strives for being the best I can be and also I follow any rules that are put on me.
I am a person that if I get told something to do, I try my hardest to actually get that thing done.
My main strength is probably toleration.
Doesn't matter how annoying they are, I will always stay calm and try to help them as much as I can throughout anything, since a staff member needs to be mature and act mature.
Overall I'm a good person and I will be responsible with my job as staff.
Also I think I can benefit the server because I am a very helpful and friendly mature guy.
I am never rude because I find being rude puts people off and its disrespecting.
I am always there to help anyone who needs me and If there is a problem I will always deal with it (if I can deal with it).
I always put the players before myself making sure everyone is OK.
I make sure that everyone is OK before me because I find the players are more important than myself.
I am always respectful and I listen to what everyone has to say.
Most of the time I try to give my opinions of other peoples ideas and manage the server and staff.
If someone needs help with what they are saying or doing i will always help them out.
I want to become a Manager on your server to help everyone out and it would be a great experience and challenge for me to try and tackle.
I can also benefit the server with my time, my patience, my knowledge of moderating and language.
I have pushed all my effort into this app and I hope you like it.
My ability in socialising is pretty much spot on.
I can understand people and how they feel so if they feel down and upset about something im normally very good at getting them to explain whats wrong and if the reason for their sadness or other feelings is due to another players actions I will always talk to the player in question.
If it is serious i will deal with the player in an appropriate manner.

Anything that other staff or players need me to do I will always start and finish before moving onto another task. I will make sure the staff/player are satisfied with my work and achievement. My goals for ZentoPVP If i am accepted are:

-Make sure everyone Is OK
-Make sure I follow what the other staff ask of me.
-Be one of the most well known staff members
-Make sure Im happy with what im working on.

I hope I can get to be a great Manager who can socialise and chat with the community more than ever.
I understand the role of a Manager is to help players in need and to report any serious issues to higher members of staff (the Owners, Co-Owners or other Managers in this case) and they need to take care or rulebreakers and moderate the forums and also support the community and manage the staff.
I am also very persuading so I can normally get people who are angry and upset to turn them selves around and enjoy themselves.
I would tell them that its better to enjoy your self than wasting your time feeling down.
Obviously I would understand that they are not happy and I would take this into full consideration, before anyone who reads this thinks, what is this guy talking about.
I try to explain things in detail so the players understand me and don't get confused.
If anyone asks me to do something and I cannot do it for some explanatory reason I will refer them to another member of staff making sure they are happy and are sorted immediately or asap.
I don't know if this is enough detail but I still I hope it is.
I love giving people a good feeling and also help them when they are sad etc.
And as a Manager I will do everything to make people feel happy.
