Hey MC-Market! Re-opening into the market!
Who am I?
Greetings!
My IGN is PixelatedHighDef. I am a 20 year old from Australia, Outside of this market I have a full time job, but tend to always come back here in my down time, to fill in time with something I enjoy
What separates you from the rest?
I personally believe that I am one of the highest experienced managers currently on the market, I have a vast array of experience in the industry working for servers that have proven success for attracting and keeping players, as well as being exposed to several other larger networks in a more back scene way. I am highly known throughout many high end servers, as can be seen by vouches from people who are, or have worked for SaiCoPvP, ArkhamNetwork, FadeCloud & PrimeMC. My work ethic towards any projects is phenomenal, and to a standard above all others.
What servers have you worked for before?
MCTheLegendCraft » Administrator (400 - 500 Players)
SaicoPvP » Community Manager (2,000 - 3,000 players)
SkyDivisions » Co-Owner (100 - 200 Players)
What tasks were undertaken at each server?
MCTheLegendCraft » Administrator (400 - 500 Players)
SaicoPvP » Community Manager (2,000 - 3,000 players)
SkyDivisions » Co-Owner (100 - 200 Players)
OsirisPvP » Owner (Unreleased)
What payment do you take?
In regards to payment, I usually base this around the size of your server and what budget you have set aside. On top of this, it also depends on what amount of work load & tasks that I would be required to undertake, though will not accept any lower than $50 a week. This has either the option of being paid weekly or monthly, but will require to be paid in advance, if for any reason I am unable to fulfil the payment period, that period will be refunded. Payment can only be made via Paypal, with a no refund policy, except for the above stated reason.
Also, please note, under very little circumstances will I accept server donation percentage as a payment type.
What type of positions are you looking for?
At this current stage, I am only willing to work for servers that have already been set up with a player base, As I stated originally, I do this for enjoyment, and working for a server that is unreleased doesn't work well for that.
I am also open to work for any companies in a role that would suit my skills.
How do I contact you?
All my deals begin on MCM messages, if I believe that it is worthwhile to go further, I will then happily add you on discord/skype.
Also please note, as I am Australian, I don't always reply immediately in certain timezones.

I have been around the minecraft community for upwards of 4 years, but it's only within the last three where my experience is worthwhile. I began this journey on a server now shut down, called MCTheLegendCraft, this server averaged between 50-150 players, I was a normal staff member here, reaching admin. This server then turned into SaiCoPvP.
My time at SaiCoPvP (Recently peaked at 3000 players) was where I learnt most of my knowledge, for 1 year I was involved in senior staff, eventuating in Community Manager for 8-9 months. During this time I was in charge of several aspects, listed below.
- Staff Management (Hiring & Promotions/Demotions)
- Staff feedback (given to all staff after promotions)
- Forums Moderation (Ensuring all Player Reports/Ban Appeals/Bug reports were handled within 48 hours)
- Staff Documentation (Handbooks & Guidelines/Expectations)
- Server Documentation (Re-Doing Server Rules)
- Collecting Community Suggestions
- Working with developers for bug fixes
- Testing future updates
- Providing documents/ideas on future updates
- Staff issues
- Staff moderation (same as any other staff)
- Any Documents need for updates

Alongside working with Saico, I assisted 2 youtubers (TwinPlays & adaminsta), I worked on their skyblock server SkyDivisions, which entailed the tasks below.
- Full Server Setup (All plugins, Permissions, Holograms, Regions)
- Full Buycraft Setup (approximately 30-40 packages with announcements)
- Ongoing Bug Fixes
- Content Implementation

Due to the position I held at SaiCoPvP, there were still several tasks in which I never got to undertake, due to this, I decided to create a Factions server myself, which was more of a learning phase, and never went past development, I did this so I could learn further skills, thanks to this, I am now confident in saying that I am fully able to do even more.
- Xenforo Installation
- Buycraft Setup
- Voting Configurations
- Custom Lists/Tabs
- Plugin Bug Fixing

PixelatedHighDef (Brandon) is an excellent Community Manager. He is very friendly and professional with his work, responds as quick as possible to questions from players, and has the ability to listen and provide feedback for community members' input and ideas. He's very dedicated to what he does, does it very well and I can most definitely say he was SaiCoPvP's best Community Manager.
