Hello, I am in the need a of a server manager and a owner. They will be picked professionally, age requirements are 16 and over with a maturity of 70-100. With of a time on my network to be server manager to be able to work 8 hours a day. One month holiday included. Contracts are included. You Pay Nothing. You will be on a 4 Weeks Trial. You will have targets to meet each day they will be updated daily. Your contract starts off as unpaid for one month. Then pay is spoken about. Email me at [email protected]

I wouldn't suggest including "no pay" for the first month, especially if you're only providing one month holiday and that you're making them to work 8 hours a day, that's like a full time job. Give more information, as I doubt that anyone is going to sign a contract unless you give a lot of information.

8 hours a day is more than a full-time job, and I'm pretty sure no one will work free for 4 weeks working 42 hours a week.
