I have a... quite small server with a player base that seems to be getting smaller instead of bigger. The map is the earth 1:1000 scale, the main plugin is Lands for people to claim areas. We have other plugins as well, more info when asked.
The server was started 1st January 2020. And was at its peak mid February when I was actively advertising, getting around 8-10 players continually. Recently players have stopped returning, and new players are joining for a couple minutes then leaving again.
I have an active discord server, where majority of changes are put on polls for the players to decide on wether I add the changes or not.
I currently have 2 staff members, 1 moderator who's main job is interacting with players and making sure rules are being followed. I also have 1 admin who's main job is handling staff.
I am looking for someone to help me with advertising, keeping the player base, and growing the server.
I am open to many changes, including how the ranking system works. I need help getting more staff and a better player base where I can concentrate on keeping the plugins running correctly and upgrading. I would like someone with experience in managing servers with results. I know advertising works, I have seen the results in the past but I do not have the time to be advertising every other day. I need someone who is happy to do this for me.
Currently there is no pay for this position, if or when donations get to a point where they are paying for the server as well as left overs, there will be bonuses for staff members. But until that time, the satisfaction of a growing server you helped build up will need to do. I understand I may not get the most experienced managers this way, but I am willing for the compromise.

To be accepted for this position, you must be able to comprehensively answer any questions I ask you and get along with my current admin who you will be working along side.
I will also need this manager to be.. known by my community. I do not want them to suddenly answer to or accept changes from someone they do not know. You will be required to join my server and get a feel for how it works, who the players are and if you enjoy the server it's self. I want staff who care about the server. And need to see that in the person before hiring them.
