Hello... I am Jack. I'm 14 Years old and I am here today to look for a unique or factions server // PVP server. who is needing help. 14 Years old? Isn't that young you are thinking. Well Yes And No. But it does not mean I am not mature and capable of running a staff team while giving and creating Ideas for the server...
Why I am looking for a staff position..

I am currently staff on a Modpack called Decimation(http://mcdecimation.enjin.com)
It has a great community and staff team. I have been their for a good 7 Months and I am planning to stay their in the future. I am looking for a server I can help out while helping out Decimation. I will have a run down with my past positions as a staff member.
History of being staff

Okay. So I was once staff [Sr-Mod] On one of the biggest modpacks, Modded network 2.2 and 2.3. I resigned due to a few reasons what happened with the staff team. It had around 100-125 people on a day until it moved to modded network 2.3 what caused many people to lag with the new / updated mods. People left the community shortly after.
IceCraftMc- I was also staff on a server IceCraftMc. It was a smaller server what owned around 10 people. I was given [Mod] I believe. The server fell and the community fell, resulting in the server shutdown.
Notch Craft- This is one of the first server I was given [Admin] on. I was striving to become staff on this server. It was a smaller vanilla server what I enjoyed playing on at the time. It had around 10 people on constantly. The server closed after the Owner stopped playing the server.
DannyCraft- This was one of my friends servers (It shouldn't be here since it's my friends but hear me out) So I started off not knowing this guy really. I started off a [Helper]proving myself and showing my off my strengths and weaknesses. He moved me to the management team to recruit and demote staff when they have been in the wrong. This server grew to around 10-15 people daily and the server closed after the owner joined a staff team on a bigger server I believe.
Decimation- This has been the best server yet. I am [Staff] on this server. The community has always been strong at around 40-70 people on EU 1 , 20 people on EU 2. And 25-50 On US 1 And 2.

I Have been staff on a few smaller servers but their is no point naming them because I hardly remember them and they all Died out.

I've been playing minecraft for a good four years. I've spent my time playing Tekkit, Normal minecraft and a few other modpacks. I've enjoyed my time on it. Inbetween the time playing I have taken small breaks to play on other games like Arma 3 And Gmod but it does not mean I do not like Minecraft. It has been one of the first games I played on.
Forum Manager - I am happy to help manage your forums too while being staff. I can be on the forums for around 6 hours a day and be capable of replying to a lot of posts keeping the community not on their feet waiting for a response.
