We are a network, mainly based on PvP game-modes like Survival Games, FFA, 1v1s, ect.
Release date for our FFA server is Dec 2nd. We will continue to release game-modes one at a time, this will be the beta phase, once everything is complete we will do a full network
launch, our main advertisers will be YouTubers like SuchSpeed, and Ibeaturscore, and some smaller ones.

We need someone with previous experience, and the time, and effort to take on this position, you must know how to handle and train staff, you aren't their friends, being strict is an important part of being a good staff manager. You will be handling applications, accepting and denying them, as well as interviewing them.

Requirements.
- You must be 14 years or older.
- You must devote at least 1 hour a day, unless on vacation or not home, ect.
- Central or EST timezone.
- TeamSpeak, Telegram, and a mic are required

This is not a paid position as of now, I'm not going to make any promises about payment in the future, but if our server is a success you will be rewarded for your hard work.

I'm also offering a one time gift of $10 USD if you are accepted for this position.

We pretty much do all the technical server bits while you focus on the ideas and players! We create Custom Plugins and texture packs to your exact server needs. All of the plugins we create are private for each server so your plugin is 100% unique and exclusive to your server only.

All we need form you is a document explaining in detail what you want your plugin to be, permission and commands ect.

We charge depending on;

How large the plugin is

How long it could take to develop

How technical and complex the plugin is

Hello! I am applying to be a server manager, however did not see a thread on your website to apply! So I am going to go ahead and post my application here -

My name is TheSovietReunion and I am an experienced server manager and staff member.

I am 18 years old and am a freshman in college on the east coast (EST time zone). I believe that my age and maturity sets me apart from my peers and other competitors for this position. I am an extremely level-headed individual with years of server moderation and administration experience under my belt.

The biggest server that I worked on was Lichcraft (~2,000-4,000 online players at a time) as a Senior Moderator for about two years. My duties revolved around moderating in-game chat, moderating the forums, helping new staff members understand their role and how to be effective staff members, as well as other miscellaneous tasks. In addition to that, I worked on a smaller server called DeemableCraft as a server manager for about a year. I was actively involved in recruiting, advertising, and the overall management of all staff members. The combination of these two servers, in particular, has allowed me to get a feel for how to manage a good Minecraft server. I will be able to draw upon the experiences I've had and the lessons I've learned on these servers in order to effectively manage a large team of staff, or to take on any new challenges that I might encounter as a server manager on AresMC.

I was checking out the website where you said to apply and did not see the section where to apply. Could I send you my application, either PM'd or the much preferred I verbal application (Possibly Skype) . Looks very interesting and something I might want to do, might not be the most experienced, but sure been the block on these types of projects.
