Dear MC-Market,


I am looking for a server Manager to help run my server and to help grow the community.
I need a Manager who can get new players online, be active and be able to fix bugs / work on something without having to ask me for permission. You must be independent but also good at working in a team. If you think you can handle this, keep reading.

Why would anyone apply for this job if he isnt a 9 year old who wants to brag about being a manager?

If you have nothing good to say don't say it. I know some extremely experienced people who work for huge servers and don't get paid. It's not all about the payment.

Past experience:I have been staff on many servers. I was part of a support unit of 5000 player, which unfortantly closed, due to being hacked. I was also head LEADER of a team before. This was by far the biggest and highest staff rank I havr ever gotten. But I plan to go further with Manager rAnk. I was a MOD on Mineplex before but resigned due to family issues. I have been dev and admin on 2 servers. And a MODERATOR on another 2 that are still currently up. So overall, I am very experianced and talented of staff leader and server leadership.
Why you want this job: I want this job because I have worked for a suppprt and many staff units. But I am yet to be a manager abd from all my experiance I believe I would make an excellent managrr for your server. I am a very happy and a very patient person when coming to players. I am USUALLY very independent bit ljke to check I am doing things right. As I'm sure most do. Correct?
How you can help: I am byfar one of a very active people online. I can EASILY be online for 3 hours on a week day. And weekend and holiday.. Longer. Obviously not all the time would go to this but if I was to get the space.. I would spend a lot of time here. I can help with a lot of things. Advertisment, fixing and console. I am very trust worthy and experianced. I believe I would make a greate addition if I were to be accepeted.

Past experience: I have a lot of experience dealing with servers I've owned a lot, had Co-Owner on a lot. I have experience with errors/bugs, coding (da best coder), and more. I've been staff on multiple popular premium/cracked servers here are some of them (Kohi, Mineplex, Pika, and Badlion.) I have A LOT of experience with plugins that's like what I master in basically. I can 100% make custom plugins, code anytime you want. I am also fairly well trusted I had Console/WinSCP Access on quite multiple servers I was helping on.

Why you want this job: I want this job, because I love helping servers, and I love helping people in general. I'll like to be Server-Manager on your server, because I have the skills and abilities to do so. I am a very patience person, and a understanding one. I have a lot of experience on a lot of things just throw anything you want at me, and I bet I can solve it. I am a BIG problem solver I do NOT let things win over me unless I fix it (that's just how I am.) I am also VERY active person, I can be up from sun-up to sun-down. As Summer Vacation is near I can monitor your server, and be on it for 30x longer than what I usually am.

How you can help: I can advertise you're server on popular YouTube Channel(s), I can pay for advertisements, I have a lot of experience with fixing bugs/crashes/issues on Console. As I said I am VERY active on every single day of the week sun-up to sun-down kind of active. I can code plugins for your server like (Minigames, Factions or any Plugin you need.) I can manage anything you throw at me! Hope I get accepted!

Don't know what do you mean by manager, but, I think you refer to a CEO to increase your minecraft server and make a good SEO for it.
Anyway, you're doing something wrong first of all, people don't trust on free domains like yours (nothing personal, just an advice) second, a 13-16 teenager can't do a good work with a CEO responsibility, just, you can't trust in teenager to make such a hard work of logistic and data analysis.

Oh dear.. CEO means Chief Executive Owner which means Founder in business terms.

What I was saying is the Founder is the CEO, yes but when they have retired the new CEO isn't now Founder, but instead CEO.
