Hello. I am offering my server manager. I have learned a variety of skills over the time of 2 years that i have been running and making servers. So, What am I looking for and what can i do for you?
I Am a server manager / community manager. I can do a variety of things including plugin configuration, suggesting new and unique ideas, managing donations / buycraft and forums, Enjin Designs, chat management, and a lot more. I Have listed a few of the skills I am currently capable of, so maybe I should tell you what comes with all these skills and what exactly they are to people that don't know. So, here you are!
Skills:
Plugin Configuration - Plugin Configuration is where I make your plugins look a lot more custom. editing the language and prices files for example.
Unique Ideas - Well it's what it says i guess. Thinking and making never seen before unique features. Sort of self explanatory.
Managing Donations / Buycraft - This service involves a bit more trust in me as a person. I have managed and owned many servers in the past and I handled their donations and buycraft.
Enjin Designs - If you don't already know. enjin is a forums building / hosting website with an optional minecraft donation store / plugin. I Have had a lot of experience setting these kinds of thing up and i can provide you with custom high quality designs.
Chat Management - Chat management is basically as simple as it comes. With 2 years of server admin and moderator experience I can assure you the game play and server standard is top-notch for your players and even other staff members!
Staff management - Staff management is where I hire, train, and maintain the server's staff. Making sure they are helping players and are not in the wrong in any way. This does not mean I will corrupt your staff members and start demoting them without solid evidence. I will simply improve the training and the skill level of the staff you already have. Unless they are not following strict rules that is.
BungeeCord Setups - I Hope you are familiar with bungeecord already. These are basically what links multiple servers in a hub. I will set you up a hub if required ( no builds included ) and help you get a network started!
Server setups - With 4 years almost of java development and server setup experience under my belt. I am surely going to produce high quality minecraft servers and networks. I have worked as developer on various minecraft servers including skyblock and factions. I am going to make sure players come to it and stay playing on it!

So, you may be thinking. I am a new member to Mc-Market and why should you choose me. Now that is a very detailed question and would take a lot to answer. It is honestly depending on what you are looking for from me. If you are not looking for any of the skills above then feel free to contact me on my skype in the contact section of the thread, but if you are looking for one of the skills above, you can either contact me on skype, through message or simply replying the the thread and I will see it. We can go into more detail in messages and you can tell me exactly what you are looking for from someone you are going to be partnering your minecraft server with.
What am I looking for?
You may be thinking, "someone of this standard and skill could not be free". So, I have an offer to make. I will not ask for too much up-front payment unless the job is insanely out of proportion and very large. But what I will ask, is anywhere between 10-15% of the servers donations from when I start. The percentage of the donations I will be getting will come after the servers expense. ( how much the server costs to run with domains and hosting.)
