Looking for an individual who is willing to manage a server on a weekly basis.
Currently, the server you would be managing is online, though it is inactive.
The server is towny war, but with a failed attempt at maintaining the server due
to having too busy of a schedule the server fell inactive. I want to talk with someone
on having an idea to bring back and make the towny war server active again with
a strong player base or change the gamemode type to increase player drive.
Managing the server would include the following:
Your position on the server would be recognized as the "Manager."
Essentially the staff rank system would consist of the following:
Owner
Co-Owner / Staff Director
Manager (your position)
Senior Admin
Admin
Senior Mod
Mod
Trainee
Managing the server and doing the tasks I am looking for is not going to be a simple position. You are essentially running the server like it's your own. I will cover all costs and do what you ask me to do when you can't do something or if I say I want to do something then I'll come in and do it. We will work together. You will be able to call the shots on a majority of things. On larger situations such as changing a major aspect or something which will effect gameplay, players, etc. will be brought to a vote through myself, the staff director and yourself.
The revenue which is generated by the server over the course of the following months after the server gets going again will be all brought into my account tied with the server. After all costs are covered by the server the profits will be divided between yourself and me. The exact split will be negotiated.

- Control the day-to-day operation of the server (keeping a strong eye on the server weekly is ideal to me).
- Work hand and hand with my staff director.
- Plugins
- Update and fix when needed
- Modify configurations if necessary
- Add/remove if necessary
- Develop/modify plugins if needed/necessary
- Update server during major Minecraft updates
- Note: This would be something I can take part in or do myself
- Take part in the server social media sites.
- Run the server like it's your own.
- Server is paid off for 12 months (needs to be renewed in July 2017, I cover all costs).
- Server is hosted off a professional hosting site, not home-based hosted.
- Server is 5gb RAM, lots of storage, 120 player slots.
- Server has social media sites launched.
- Server has posts on advertising sites.
- Server has a website (needs to be updated, I can work on doing that during this process).
- Server has a forum website.
- Buycraft donation site is already running and paid for.
- Independent email and domain is setup for the server and active.
- Control panel is TCadmin2.0 with McMyAdmin Console panel.
- Secondary test server is available with both control panels.
- This server is also paid off for 12 months.
- Server has 12 staff members (inactive currently because server is inactive but they are ready to work when called in).
- Server ranking system is established.
- Permission system is established.
- Plugins and configurations are currently installed and edited.
- Server spawns are built (but we are planning to build a new one).
- We have a build team (consists of 2-3 individuals).
- Our staff team is all put together in a Skype chat.
