WHO AM I?
Hello, my name is Mihnea. I am a romanian Minecraft player. I'm 19 years of age, and I personally like what am I now, and what I'll be. I practice swimming, and I'm an expert in the art of swimming. I am a kind person, who doesn't like to actually lie, because it's not nice to do that. I've been a staff member on pretty much server, including SpainPvP, Play MC-RO, Mineplex and so on. I like how this game is built, and I just try to improve by making servers, and try to actually make something that's better, better than the normal game. I've been playing Minecraft for better than 4 years, and in 2013 I learnt the basics of groupmanager. I know pretty much every plugin that'll give the server an advantage, and I am a friend of many developer. I've always been on the PvP servers, because they're better than the normal ones. Just the feel that you're a competitive player in the Minecraft game, makes it nice, and this is how I like it, personally. I'll give any personal information to the Owner of the server, that he needs (not including card number, phone number, all my names, postal code, adress, etc.). I can be trusted by you, if you are willing to take me as a staff member, and if you don't trust me, just let me proof that, in any way I can.

If you are willing to request me as a Staff member, here is why I think I'm better than the other candidates: I think that I'm better than other candidates because
of my charisma; I know that it's a virtual world and those things don't really matter but I have a special gift if I can say, so that makes me capable to work in a team and to get a project or an administration group to it's final form, a better or maybe the best one. Also I'm very productive, I don't want to be a lazy person because I really want to make something here, and make all of you proud. Thanks for reading all of that. It was something really big.

WHAT CAN I BRING TO YOU?
» Players - I can bring up to 30/40 players to your server constantly, because I know how to manage the publicity of a server. I know how to advertise it, and I know how to be a good Manager for a server that I'm working actually for. I've been doing this thing for more than 6 months so far, and I have some experience, I think. This is one of the most important aspects of a Minecraft server.
» Staff Management - This means I can manage your staff nicely, with no problems in it. I can accepted new members to the Staff Team, and I know who to trust, and who to not trust. It's obviously simple to know who to trust, but whatever. I will make sure that the Staff Team is doing its jobs. I'll make sure all the sections of the community are well-moderated, including the Forums, the TeamSpeak and the in-game section. I'll hire developers to the server, and also hire builders. I'll finally promote the members who are deserving a promotion, and demote the ones that deserve one, too.
» Event/Announcements Management - I'll make sure that the community members will be up-dated with the news of the server, and I'll host all the events that'll be created on the server. I'll host UHCs, PVP events and so on, SOTWs, KOTHs etc. I'll make even not-announced events, that'll be made when the server has tons of people online, with donor ranks, and so on. It doesn't even matter.
» Forum/TeamSpeak Management - I can manage the forum, and even make one for the servers that have a potential, and they don't know how to make it. I'll manage the TS3 server of the community to make sure that it's ok. I'll be sure that everything set up on the forum is ok, and it's nice. I'll be creating Award Medals, Headers, Footers, Logos, for the servers that are in-need of. I have my designers, that can help out your community, so it'll be ok.
» Team Management - I'll be choosing which staff member will moderate the ban appeals, which staff member will moderate the staff reports and so on. I want to make sure that the staff is knowing what they do, and whay they actually need to do, because it's important to know how your staff is actually doing, so I'm going to do that for you.
» Financiar Support - I'll do this thing only for the servers that are in need of, and I know that I'll be doing something good. Now all of the servers will benefit of this thing, so yeah.
PAST EXPERIENCE
I've been a Moderator on SpainPvP, where I learnt how I need to moderate a Minecraft server very well. I've been a Senior Mod on Para or Prime, I don't know which of them, because it was a long time ago. I've been Trainee on Mineplex, but it was very stressful, so I quit from that job, but it was nice to meet all of that staff team. I am, and I've been an Operator (OP) rank on the biggest romanian minecraft server, called Play.Minecraft-Romania.Ro. This is one of the best servers I've ever seen (even if the configuration isn't that good), it has good staff, and that's what it makes it nice. On 2013, I joined a server called MC-ROMANIA, and there I learnt how to actually give permissions in GroupManager, setup XenForo, setup a TeamSpeak3 server, manage servers, manage forums and so on. That was my big "BOOM". And, that's all my experience. Even if between the years I've joined more servers. But I've choosed the ones that are more known, so yeah. That's all of it, basically.
WHY DO I THINK I SHOULD BECOME A MOD/STAFF?
I think that I should become a moderator because I got the right skills to moderate here and I think that I'm ready for this challenge. I have some experience but I'm here to learn for you and eventually apply this even in the real life, but let's resume to the virtual one. I don't like to punish but when it's necessary I will do it. I hate when I find people using cheats because I really don't understand them, and that's another point in my virtual CV for this server and also it's the reason that I like to moderate, because I want to keep the game clean, or if we can say so, I want to keep it's "Fair-Play" if you know what I mean. I'm pretty interested in new styles and new methods, and also interested in cleaning the server not only by punishing the hackers but even help the players who got questions or who got bugs, because I have a vague experience in plugins. That's everything I could say, I hope it's enough. Sorry for the bad English too, I'm not a native English speaker if you know what I mean XD.
