What's up guys,
So today I come to you with a special request, I need a server manager, but, he/she needs to be in one of the following countries (in order of preference):
There are a couple of reasons for this;
1. Ping. Ping is a bit of an issue for me atm, the server is hosted in Sydney Australia meaning everyone in the US gets 200+, were as people in Australia and the countries above get 20-50 (which is fine).
2. Time. I need someone I can talk to and rely on at a reasonable time for me, aka, I don't want to be up at 3 am talking to someone when they only just woke up.
I need someone who is willing to dedicate their time to my server and help me improve it as much as possible, I have a strict budget atm which does not allow for payment as of yet, but put it this way, the harder you work, the more money I make, the more money I have available to pay you in the future.
I understand that will turn many of you off, but it has to be said. I would love someone experienced in this field but that does not mean I will pick someone over someone else purely out of experience, if you think you can do it, go for it.
I would preferably like someone 13+ but if you are younger and think you are mature, apply anyway.
I will now list what you will be doing as part of your job:

- Setting up and managing the forum
- Scouring the sever for bugs and glitches
- (Once the server opens) Keeping an eye online at players make sure they are following the rules, talking with players and taking notes on what they want, what they don't like, etc.
- Replying to in-game and support tickets.
