Server Manager

I am looking for an experienced and reputable person to take the position as manager on my server. I would prefer this person to have quite a bit of experience, and not to be managing any other current servers. The pay will be negotiable, but I am thinking maybe a % of the server donations, but like I said, this is negotiable. If necessary, we can work out a contractual agreement to assure safety for both parties.

Is there a possibility that you could provide some more information such as, current playerbase, what gamemodes, how things go and stuff and maybe the current income, but that could be more private/unnecessary.

The current playerbase not to sure, however I do know it had like 70-80+ upon release. It currently has kitpvp and factions. Don't know the current income as I'm not affiliated with the server.
