Server Manager

Hello Everyone,
What does a manager do on a server? Well what my job is for is to do all the things that the owner or dev wouldn't or couldn't do. Such as Interviewing for staff, Making Rules for the server, Coming up with an economy, Or doing basic plugin work. I also promote the server, and do my best to see that everything runs smoothly for the opening date, or if the server is already running I take care of all the toxicity. This is some stuff a manager does but they also code. I have seen it done before but I would work in another field (I'd suggest plugins) Before you do any of this managing stuff. Also, managers tend to setup the server. I am a manager and I would like to know if you have prior experience include that. Also, include the source code of a plugin so Owners can be sure you actually code. Also, include your prices if any. If you're looking to get money from what you have here. Goodluck.

What you can improve on the application:
First, get a good reputation- I know I can't say that for myself but the 2 negative reputations were 2 people that teamed on me.
Second, Add prices
Third, get a good layout and possibly a good quality profile picture
Fourth, Include source code of a plugin
Fifth, Say if you have prior experience, your age, and why this is your hobby and why you want to do this
Sixth, dont I repeat DONT start with managing, it is a high trust job and if you dont have positive rep how can I trust u running my server?
