Server Manager

Hello Everyone,
What does a manager do on a server? Well what my job is for is to do all the things that the owner or dev wouldn't or couldn't do. Such as Interviewing for staff, Making Rules for the server, Coming up with an economy, Or doing basic plugin work. I also promote the server, and do my best to see that everything runs smoothly for the opening date, or if the server is already running I take care of all the toxicity. Do you have any experience managing a server?

No offence but from reading your resume, you've got managing completely wrong.

A management role is about. -

-Managing staff team.
-Mentoring the staff team.
-Work with the administration team.
-Recruit staff members.
-Modify Administration team.

And these are the basics. You spoke about attaining staff members & helping the owner. Which should not be you're number one.

I kindly disagree, what you describe is more of a Staff Manager or Head-Admin. Servers < 100 concurrent active members typically have serious staff decisions made at a very high level (sometimes even with the owner(s)).

A general server 'manager' should be a swiss-army knife and able to participate in all server activities, from game/network strategy, to development and plugin configuration, to build management, and community management (advertising & promotions).

In my opinion, the OP did well describing the position he is looking for.
