Apologies that this post isnt as flashy or interesting as most the others on here. Im 20 years old, used to play minecraft a lot but havent been on in the past 2 years or something. I had a lot of experience with managing, developing, owning, and staffing on multiple medium to large sized servers. I have just finished school and am about to start a college course on applied entrepreneurship in October.
Over the summer I want to get back into minecraft, so im offering my skills and expertise to anyone who wants. I can take up multiple roles, most of my skills are rusty but I will get back into the swing of things quickly, I know what it takes to attract players to servers, I know about server management and have experience setting up systems for staff and server design. Ive been around minecraft for years and have noticed different trends in server types form and different ideas that have worked in servers and that have not.
Im looking for a pretty general 'manager' role, or something like that on a server, im happy to take up a development role, or just a senior staff role. If anyone is interested in hiring me please do PM me and we can talk more, I would prefer to work with someone a similar age to me, and who has the right mind to run a server, I work completely for free, I consider this a hobby and wouldnt want pay for it.
