Hello!
My name is Siickest
I'm a new member of mc-market and currently looking around.

I'm just checking if this is something that could work, not 100% yet.


Q: So what is this?
A: I want to offer someone a chance to manage a server on their own or with more (up to the owner)

Q: How does this work?
A: I am going to supply the "someone" with a server, domain and a website

Q: How big is the server?
A: The server will be between 5 - 10 GB ram so it will be enough

Q: What about donations?
A: I will receive the donations to pay towards the servers and future upgrade if it all goes upwards with the server.

Q: Is this a good idea Siickest?
A: I'm not saying that it is. But I want to be able to give someone a chance to "own" a server that themself can't pay!

You pay for the server

I see I read this thread very carefully and it's very easy after the server becomes a big network that you can take the owners powers away and ban him off the server but that doesn't seem like something that you would do..? You manage the donations and you also keep them so basically the owner doesn't make a profit of the server but you do

I could remove him as the server grow big but I am not a douch bag. I give this opportunity to those who can't afford a server. I am working on my own server myself and I want it to grow big aswell. I am not here to make money to take for myself, I want to take the money and invest in the server(s).

The owner "manager" would not make a profit but he get the chance that I give. The donations are going towards the server, upgrades, devolper and such that he request if it grows =)

As you see he will host it that means he has console etc everything and after that the donations go to him AKA THE SERVER WITCH MEANS THAT HE PAYS FOR THE SERVER BUT HE GETS THE REST OF THE MONEY FOR HIMSELF!

I will be able to access the console and all aswell but the "manager" will control it. If he needs my help I will help him if necessary but the idea is for him to be able to handle the mostly himself and manage "his server" so to say.

The main thing is that the donation and all goes towards the server upgrade, plugins and all. But It could be a possiblity to make it work with 10% to the manager. As first post, this is not a 100% thing yet =)

But being said. I'm not sure about how to make this and the idea of all is to give the player a chance to manage his own server with the donations paying the server. The money doesen't go anywhere beside the server host, upgrade and that. I can't garantee that it will be 10% but if it will. I could have you in mind.

Well I thought that you get the money and use it for you not for the server so I wanted the 10% to make the server better if you didn't help

Why would anyone waste their time making you rich? Lol.

Who said that I would be rich? I am giving someone a opportunity to be able to manage their own server without have to worrying about money and such.

If this goes through and I select one, it could go bad and I would loose on it. No one is making me rich, the person if he success and it grows. He makes a repetition of himself as a good Owner of the server and could expand that server.

I'm not taking any donations towards myself, it will only be focusing on the server.
I understand that you don't like the idea and I am alright with that but I see it as a good cause to give someone a chance =)
