About Me:
My name is Dragan and I am 16. I live in Europe and speak English, Serbian and little bit of Russian. I am a hard working person with great responsibility.

I am looking for a server to be managed on, but I will have to be paid. I have previous experience in managing a server, I was a Co-Owner on a server that had roughly 100 players on. I am hard working person and when I want something to be done I put my time and effort in doing it well.

We would agree on how much I would get paid depending on how good I did the job that you asked me to do. Payments will be done with PayPal.

I do believe you meant to say 'Manager'

I'd add a lot more details and add a resume/personal statement, as well as fixing grammar errors because otherwise people might struggle to take you seriously.
