My name is Tony K*, I'm a 16 year old (high school) student from Sydney, Australia. After spending a few months without employment, I've decided to post a MC-Market thread in order to search for new occupational vacancies. I'm pretty straight-forward and only ask for ONE THING and one thing alone. That is: do not hire me unless you have a server that is already established » this is self-explanatory, but will always be up for negotiation.
If you would like a more detailed application, I'll happily respond to the questions provided to me with a few paragraphs (depending on the actual question).
TIMEZONE: AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) » UTC+10
Note: if you require any proof, please feel free to private message me.
Also, before you comment, please open all the spoilers and read what I have to say (unless you're going to load me up with a vouch).
Apparently keeping threads *simple & stupid* is the way to go, however I prefer my threads filled with information as I want employers to understand me as an individual.
A bit about me:
As stated before, I am a 15 year old student who enjoys playing Minecraft as a hobby. I've previously staffed on multiple servers (*discussed later) and because of this, have gained a lot of experience in server moderation. I am not strictly bounded to server moderation as I have owned my own server and am familiar with servers (server management in the form of system administration is out of my comfort zone). Although, I do learn extremely quickly, I'd prefer not to spend a large chunk of my time learning (unless it's something I actually want to learn). I'd consider myself decent in terms of academics and my most beloved subject is IPT, however I don't mind my other subjects.

I initially started playing Minecraft on version 1.6 (I think) and that was around 2/2.5-ish years ago. I began playing Minecraft as a hobby and played on multiple cracked servers (as a cracked player). I’ve had a lot of experience with other servers and have found myself playing quite a bit over the few past years. I found Minecraft to be an amazing game, through its use of quirky block-building mechanics. I play Minecraft A LOT and find myself playing Minecraft for approximately 2-12 hours a day (depending on my status). I’m a 15 year old student (from Australia) and because of this, I do have school. School will take up approximately 6 hours of my day, but when I come home, I usually get straight into MC and complete my homework later on.
Previous Staffing:
I’ve had a MASSIVE amount of experience in moderation.
(if you need any proof, I’ll happily provide it)
(this came from a previous application)
I will list the BIG servers I have held a staff position on:
MCWarside (Helper -> Head-Helper)
TheArchon (Helper)
OPBlocks (Helper)
PrimeMC (Helper -> Moderator)
MCWarside
» This server was the first big server I’ve ever received a staff position on. I was naive and around the age of 13/14 when I accepted the staffing position. From there, I learnt A LOT about moderation (chat and game-wise). The server only peaked at around 100 but used an intricate googledocs system to report bans. It was amazing how much I grew and learnt from that server, but I later left the staff team for a position on TheArchon after one of my “stray” applications was accepted (I felt I had to take the opportunity because TheArchon was such a well-structure server). I spent approximately 4 months on the server.
» I learnt about how staff teams worked and the essential commands required.

TheArchon
» I started on the server after one of applications (which I had submitted around a month ago) was accepted. I was invited to the staff team, staff chats and etc by Snixers and was given all my perms. I began on the server immediately and loved the experience, however, I wasn’t able to conform to the server’s staffing team and playerbase. I found the semi-toxic players quite disheartening and without much help from the higher staff, it was a tough ordeal. I spent approximately 1 month on TheArchon’s staff team.
» I learnt about how larger servers functioned and the level of independence that was required to successfully complete a staffing job.

OPBlocks
» I picked up the server from MrCrainer’s youtube channel and applied 3 days after the server was released. I was immediately accepted and brought onto the team by HarryMC (who later resigned). The server was amazing and was the strongest-growing server I have ever seen. After its release, it immediately hit 400 players and was later expanded into an 800 slot server. It was a prison server however, and I loved it. After months and months of server progression, the server started to die down (from its previous 1000 playerbase) to around 200-600. A new staff manager (Emecay) was hired from and quickly showed us her amazing management skills. We progressed rapidly, but the server could not find a way to grow any further, so the owner merged the server with PrimeMC (his other server) and I was asked to move over along with 3 other moderators. (I stayed on the server from its release to death, which was around 5 months).

PrimeMC
» After being transferred to PrimeMC from OPBlocks, I was quickly welcomed onto the team by their staff coordinator. I found the Prime staff team to be absolutely welcoming and amazing. I quickly adapted and found myself issuing a large quantity of punishments and working very hard. My hard work was eventually recognised and I was promoted to Moderator. PrimeMC used a helperbanlist (integrated with private software) to keep record of players (as well as BM) and I learnt how to use their system very quickly. I was later removed from the team for “leaking information accidentally”. The staff team knew I did not mean to and I was not punished further. Essentially, I misread the “Skyblock Reset” as a public announcement (on the forums) when it was actually an Administrative announcement. The staff manager (Junnk) left a message on my thread showing that he did not have any hard-feelings towards me, but removed me from the team because of my accident.

Basically, I was demoted for leaking private (staff) information. I woke up really early on Monday (Sunday for most people), which was promotion day. I checked to see who was promoted and surprisingly I was on the list. Instead of going back to sleep, I went on the server and decided to blow my face off and become super tired. I went on the forums (new posts) and saw a post about a skyblock reset. I thought it was a PUBLIC announcement so I asked players "who's hyped for the reset" and sent a link to PixelBoiQT. It turns out the post was an ADMINISTRATIVE (private) post and I told the staff team that I messed up. I message stephan and I asked him about it -- I was demoted soon after. I made a very silly mistake and got demoted for it.
I have also writen multiple guides:

What can I do for you?
I'm dedicated, hardworking and very committed. Once I begin something, I see it to the end. I can submit staff handbooks, manage your staffing team and can do simple server moderation. I love to joke around with others and I'm a fun-loving guy, however I know the border between professionalism and sheer stupidity, so don't worry about me crossing that line. I am also NOT employed on any other servers and will offer my utmost dedication. I can also manage my time quite efficiently and will complete jobs assigned (if I believe I can complete them).
I’m dedicated and hardworking, that is why I believe I should be selected as a staff member. I’m experienced, resilient and love to help other players. I also have a timezone which isn’t very common, so I’m able to be online when others are not. Expanding on my previously stated points, I’ve been employed on multiple servers with VERY large playerbases, so I’m sure I’ll be able to withstand any number of players on the server. I'm also quite a decent player in general and have a lot of experience with factions as a gamemode (as well as Skyblock from PrimeMC).
Can you record? Do you have a microphone?
Yes, I can record perfectly well (to catch hackers and etc) and also have a microphone so I can communicated verbally (over skype, etc). I do not prefer to use my microphone but obviously will use it if I must.
My Weekly Schedule:
I am usually ALWAYS easily contacted via Skype/Slack because I have mobile data.
Note: being available does not mean I am on the server. (I usually contribute half of my free time to Minecraft on weekdays)
Monday » 4PM to 10 PM » Weekday status, approximately 6 hours
Tuesday » 8PM to 10 PM » 2 hours because of the maths tutorials I take
Wednesday » 4PM to 10 PM » Weekday status, approximately 6 hours
Thursday » 4PM to 10 PM » Weekday status, approximately 6 hours
Friday » 4PM to 10 PM » Weekday status, approximately 6 hours
Saturday » 7AM to 11 PM » Weekend status, I usually have the entire day free
Sunday » 7AM to 11 PM » Weekend status, same as Sunday.

Basically, I can offer my skills and time to either: MODERATE or MANAGE your Minecraft server's community. Please message me if you have any queries, concerns or general statements.
PLEASE REFRAIN FROM TRASHING THE THREAD. Take it to a private conversation and we'll talk it out.
Small note:
I am in school and that means I may be pummeled with school work, assignments or test preparation, so I will ask to take time off every few months (perhaps weeks) if necessary.
