My name is Edward and I'm looking for
Developers,Managers,Administrators,Mods,Helpers,etc for my new server.I want to make a server that has been well thought out and made and will have a lot of potential for success. If you think you meet these requirements add me on discord @Pharm#3906

Requirements for Developer:
You must be creative and good at brainstorming this involves understanding players needs, developing software solutions, monitoring performance and modifying programs/plugins as needed. (No Age Requirement)

Requirements for Staff Manager:
Staff managers must be strong leaders who display passion in their work. They must possess excellent communication skills, often both written and verbally. They must be assertive, patient, resilient, professional, organized, rational and often creative. (Age 16≥)

Requirements for Manager:
As a Manager you should be able to Set objectives (The manager sets goals for the group, and decides what work needs to be done to meet those goals). Organizes (The manager divides the work into manageable activities, and selects people to accomplish the tasks that need to be done .(Age 16≥)

Requirements for Admin:
If the boss is the person who adds sparkle to a business, an administrator applies the oil that keeps its gears moving. You should be able to make sure the server is running smooth and well. (Age 15≥)

Requirements for Mod: To be a Mod you must have effective Listening Skills (You should be able to assert yourself verbally to guide the community). Also you must be flexible (due to the importance of following up member thoughts and feelings, a good moderator needs a flexible attitude and mind).
(Age 14≥)

Requirements for Helper: An effective helper should be genuinely caring, have a calm manner, have a sense of humor, be a clear thinker, be highly dependable, honest, use common sense, be objective and not subjective, be self-confident, and be self-aware. (Age 14≥)

Requirements for Builder: Must be able to build high quality builds. (No Age Requirement)
