Server Need Staff

Hello,
My server is a new Server that have been opened! It is just need a Staff Members, the server already done like Lobby, Games & more. I'm currently having like 4 staff, and currently looking for more staff. If you like to become staff, Please pm me! So I can send you the link to apply... Please in the application, more details, and important reasons that show why you wants to become.
Staff need:
Builder
Media -> GFX for the servers!
Helper -> 1 month trial (When it done) -> Maybe get promote to Mod
Mod -> You need to be doing good at Helper Trial.
Sr.Mod -> To become Sr.Mod, you will have to always work hard at Mod Rank.
Admin -> Always work hard, and stay chatting with the owner about the server important details, and spend your time.
Leader -> To become leader, not 100%. You will be promoted from Admin.
Owner -> We are currently searching for other owner, To become owner you need to understand how servers work, and you have to pay for the server while you are the owner. We will give you a Console Access, and everything belong to the server.

Add more detail about the server please.
Like playerbase, how you we know the server's not going to die right away and how we know the other staff members will not ruin the experience.

The other staff have been long time and they confirmed me they will not leave! The server was having 20-30 players but it have been shutdown for 2-3 weeks to get new updates.

This doesn't seem like a 20-30 player base as hiring staff like this is unstable. If you need trustworthy staff, simply advertise your server and after a month if they like it they'll ask to be staff. Giving high ranks right away creates a feeling that it was easy to get the rank so why should they care if they lost it? Next it seems you did not provide a server ip, that creates more issues as nobody here even knows what your server is. One more thing, make sure it isn't easy like "I want a rank" and you give it to them right away. With no hard work they won't care. I've been the manager of a few servers and owner of three.

Side note: If you need a website & domain lmk - not if you're on a budget however.
