Server Network - Looking For Devs!

Hey, I'm making a new server network which I plan to start releasing in about 2-3 weeks time.

All of our ideas are unique and thoroughly thought through, (we already have plans for other servers so I can assure you, I can keep offering you more to do). I have a decent budget to pay for all the high quality builds I need and I have good experience as an owner. I know what makes people want to play, what techniques to implement and where to put them! - I'm happy to talk about my ideas with you.

This has been in the works for 2-3 weeks but progress has been fairly slow until now.

I'm looking for a couple developers willing to work with me long term(this is debatable), I will start getting more developers in about a week when we have enough planning to start work on other servers. (Builds are already been made for servers before hand!).

There will be deadlines but they will be reasonable.

You must be mature and take your work seriously and you must be willing to work with me to give me the things I want in my plugins. If you're not passionate about what you're doing I don't care how skilled you are, I'm not interested.

You must have a high level of experience. I don't want messy code and a laggy server. If you can fulfill most tasks and have attention to detail that will be fine. I thoroughly plan plugins, with screenshots (if applicable), to make it as easy to understand as possible and limit mistakes.

You can do some other work but only if really necessary. My plugins will be the priority.

I will pay you fairly and reasonably but some limits do apply to me while the server is still in development but I have a good budget. (I will also give you our top donator rank whether that means anything to you or not).

Anyway, I have a plugin you can start right away, you must have the experience, please make sure you read my whole post. If you don't show interest I wont be interested in you either. I've fallen a little behind in time now so I'd like someone who can really get a lot done fast. I'll return the favor by offering you another plugin afterwards.
