Hey! My server is a network and I don't have a dedicated server :/ so I have to buy one every time I get a new one from mcprohosting. Is it a waste? Should I switch to OVH? How do I switch? How do I use a dedicated server? Thanks!

Such a waste of money, Move to ovh and once you get a dedicated server get someone or install multicraft your self onto it (This is the same panel that McProHosting uses)

Great! But how can I move everything into OVH? Because I have been working on my server for a while now. I want to move literally everything. Is that possible?

Steps:

1) Make a folder on your desktop called "Server Transfer" if you have more then one server like you do make more then 1 folder and just name it the server name.

2) Log into the FTP account McProHosting has gave you

3) Drag all the files from FTP into "Server Transfer"

4) Buy the server from OVH and if multicraft is installed follow the next step

5) Drag the all the contents from the "Server Transfer" folder to your new FTP

MCProHosting won't get you any where. I'd recommend you buy a server from OVH then hire someone to install a panel (ex. The one MCProHosting uses which is MultiCraft) and move all your files over.

No.

Do not do this unless your on Google Fiber, live in a datacenter, or happen to have a 1Gbps line.

If he has average internet speeds (especially upload speed) and lots of files, then it will take him days.

Just get the OVH server, get into SSH, and install ftp.
Then just login to the MCPH ftp server (ftp ftp.mcprohosting.com or whatever the domain is) and mget *

Even with lots of files, will only take an hour or two, instead of a day or two.
