Hello! I handle an average of 100 - 150 players in a survival and well I'm doing pretty badly with tps reaching the point of 8tps

I have tried the impossible to be able to optimize the server but it is very difficult

I manage a dedicated server i7 7700k, I don't know if it's for that reason
