Server Optimizer

Hey mc-market,
I normally do not have an issue with running a server at all... normally I can solve everything my self but I am having quite a few issues. I am looking for a Server Optimizer, someone who can optimize the server for myself and other owners. It is a faction server and is unique in many different ways, just, however, there are lag issues here and there.

I would like someone who has prior experience, and someone who is efficient & effective that does not cost an arm and leg, please pm me your prices or comment down below
