Hello, I have a Minecraft 1.16.1 survival server with an average of 50+ players online. I'm looking for someone who can optimize the server/plugins without changing the game mechanics too much because right now server tps goes as low as 6 with 40-50+ players.. I'm using aikers flag, already used Spigot Guide for lag fix, and tried tuinity and purpur. If anyone can help me get stable TPS on the server will pay them.
