Lol I actually broke my 999 messages just to reply to this. I'll probably end up deleting one of my prior messages just to put it back at 999 again though.

First off, I'd like to state that I also believe in God (not sure if different or same as yours) and I also love animals. However, clearly we're different than animals, set apart for a reason. We have a conscience, and if you'd actually believe that "planet's natural methods of population control" should be a reason for you to not cure disease, that's plain-out wrong. That's like saying the poor children that received leukemia or other terminal diseases (that they were BORN with) shouldn't be treated. After all, it was totally our planet's fault for "giving" them that disease. Or we need to let them die so we don't experience overpopulation (which is already happening anyways). And if you really would save a ferret over someone of your own species, that's just wrong. If you were a utilitarian, saving an animal that would have little to no impact to Earth would definitely be worse than saving a human that could possibly cure cancer or help out in other ways an animal couldn't. Thus, I would have to agree with Yeti.

I like how this all started as an introduction of a guy named Condoms who wants to give 10% to his friend with diabetes. Everyone gets mad, says (it's not a charity if you only donate 10%) and then we start talking about animal shelters, how beautiful someone is, and religion. Very interesting.

Listen to me very carefully, because at this point I'm straight out pissed off.
"Curing disease isn't really that charitable of a thing to do" is an extremely disrespectful statement, and at this point "I'm gay and you're treating us unfairly" is not a valid excuse. I'm going to give you, narakavi, an example that will make sense to you.
If montyburly had diabetes , would you save her or a fucking ferret .
I don't know about anyone else here but a close friend of mine did in fact die of a disease and that's your statement is again, extremely disrespectful and offensive. I'm not sure who I'm more annoyed and angry at, you narakavi for saying that statement, or you montyburly for public agreeing to it.
