Server Owner, Partner Requirement.

I am currently looking for a partner for my server that will stay undisclosed.

This Partner will be 51/49 Partner. My Requirements are below.

Server Ownership Requirements:

Initial Investment: Is Required to acquire the position
Investment of $250 per month, depending on the project it could be way less or way higher. Discord Activity 12 hours + Just on discord Activity or When either of us is offline one of online to watch a server overview.
Server Configuration Experience able to diagnose an issue and fix the issue within an hour, or anything minor fixes.
In-Game Configuration such as Holograms setup, Menus, and DeluxeMenus experience making the server unique other than others.
Dream will hold 51% of Server Interest and Profits.
Dream will be able to deny anything regarding the server changes.
Dream holds the right to buy you out on an agreed price if agreed so.
Dream also hold the ability to agree or disagree on anything not accepted beforehand before purchasing.
Tebex Store experience in player issues with commands, or store issues such as Payment method not working or not able to process a payment.
More to be explained upon the deal.

Well, The server is already in a successful state making profits of $500 per season and I am also not active as I was before. The server is already fully developed. Just need someone dedicated like me.

If the server is already making a total of $500 monthly profits, why would you need a $250 monthly additional, as well as a initial investment? Utilize the $500 monthly profits to go into the server rather than in your pockets.

I wouldn't like to be spending any new investment solely coming from me. I would like it to come from both of us me and the partner. As I stated in the post it may go higher and it may go lower.

Couldn't have said it better myself. This guy clearly just wants to pocket more of the revenue while having someone else pay the expenses. If he is already turning a profit then he doesn't need an outside investor, he is just too greedy to put it back into the server.

Again. You're not looking for a partner.

There's a difference between:
- Splitting both profits and expenses having equal rights and decision-making power,
versus
- Splitting profits unequally, asking for payments on top of that and requiring your new "partner" to run and maintain the server in a direction that only you choose, with the obligation to give it away should it become successful.

You can:
1. Use the $500 /season profit, your share of the initial investment, plus your share of $250 /mo to hire managers, configurators, developers and all the necessary staff to run it for you, if time is the issue.
2. You can find an investor if money is the issue.
3. Sell it, or find a partner with proper partnership terms, if both are the issue.

I agree. From my perspective, Dream here wants to profit off of another person and later on kick him/her from the project. Kinda fricked up tbh.
